Event Overview

Get ready for a fun-filled day of trading, hanging out, and enjoying delicious treats! Hosted by @lizzy20185 (Made By Liz), this free-to-attend pop-up event is the perfect opportunity to bring your binders, meet fellow collectors in the community, and connect over your favorite groups. Whether you want to trade or just hang out, everyone is welcome!

Cards Accepted

This trading event isn't just for one fandom! A wide variety of cards are welcome and accepted for trading:

• K-Pop or J-Pop cards
• Pokémon cards
• Sports cards
• Gaming cards

Event Freebies

While the event is completely free to attend with no purchase required, you can earn an exclusive event freebie pack by purchasing any food or drink item from the venue!

To claim your freebie, simply show your purchase receipt to Liz at her table.

Each freebie pack includes:

• Random Pola x2
• Cookie Sticker x1

Please note that freebies are only available while supplies last.

Event Layout

The venue is arranged to make your experience seamless and fun! The layout features:

• Order/Pick Up Area: Where you can grab your delicious crepes and drinks.
• Event Seating: Plenty of space to sit down, chat, and trade.
• Photo Area: Perfect for snapping pictures of your new trades.
• Gotchapong Machine: Located near the entrance.
• Vendor Tables: Featuring Nyx's Creations (next to the Gotchapong Machine), Made By Liz (in the center), and Tilda Crochet (on the right).

General Event Rules

To ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

• Cafe outfits and Lolita fashion are highly encouraged!
• Please be courteous of the noise level and the event space.
• Share tables and chairs with friends or make new ones.
• Please visit and support the vendors while waiting for your order.
• Keep an ear out for your drink or food order from the cafe.
• No albums or books of any sorts are allowed at the event.
• No unauthorized vending is permitted.

Trading Rules

Please keep these trading guidelines in mind during the event:

• Keep all personal belongings close to you at all times.
• Be polite when asking to look at others' binders.
• Be clear about which groups or cards you are looking for.
• Have all payments ready and available if purchasing.
• Binders only are allowed for trading; no bins or trays of any sort.
• Do not set up a whole table for yourself—please share the space with friends.
• No passing out freebies or fan-made merchandise (this is considered unauthorized vending).
• Please note that the hosting team is not responsible for any trades or sales made during the event.
