About

Step through the portal guided by Naevis for a Y2K video game adventure celebrating Aespa and their success across the industry. Complete with Choose Your Character menus, power levels, and boarding passes for Portal SM, the gathering marks Liz's final hosting project of the year, planned as a huge power move before the season wraps up.

What's on
  • Photocard trading: binder swaps at shared tables
  • Gotchapon Wall: capsule prize wall on site
Freebies

Walk-in freebies are available with the purchase of any food or drink item from Mochinut by showing your receipt directly to Liz at her table. The bundle includes an event cupsleeve, a group polaroid, a commemorative ticket, and a double-sided event banner featuring Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning on the front, backed by a farewell thank-you note from Liz.

Vendors

The vendor area features community "NPCs" throughout the cafe:

  • Made by Liz offering K-pop fan-based merchandise
  • K-Pop Nola Hub sharing New Orleans local fan community details and future event info
  • illichili's
Before you go

Plan your arrival for the posted start time: doors do not open earlier, and anyone arriving ahead of time will be asked to wait outside. If you plan to participate in photocard trading, pack binders only, as loose cards and extra setups are not permitted.

Seating is strictly communal. Attendees must share table space with friends and newcomers alike; anyone found occupying more than one table will be asked to leave. Keep your personal items close and do not leave belongings unattended, as unseated tables must stay open for regular cafe customers. The hosting team assumes no responsibility for any card trades or sales.

While waiting for your food and drink, browse the vendor tables, but keep an ear out for your order number to be called by Mochinut staff. Please remain mindful of the cafe's overall noise level and space limitations.

Unauthorized vending and handing out your own personal or fan-made freebies of any kind are strictly prohibited.
