Trading Guidelines
To ensure that there is enough space for everyone to participate comfortably, please limit your trade items to those that can fit inside a binder. Recommended items include photocards, postcards, and mini posters.
To be considerate of other attendees and the available space, only one binder is permitted to be out per person at any given time. If you have multiple binders, you are welcome to bring them, but please keep them stored in a bag and swap them out as needed.
Venue Information and Amenities
Attendees are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks to the event. We kindly ask that everyone remains responsible for their own items and cleans up after themselves to keep the area tidy for all guests.
