About KumiPop
Created by members of the local K-Pop dance cover group Kumiho Dance Krew, KumiPop is a collaborative endeavor by Ember and Tamber. This all-ages event aims to bring K-Pop fans in Eugene and the surrounding community together through a shared love of music, performance, artistry, and all things Korean entertainment.
Please note that this gathering is starting an hour later than previous events to ensure that local fans can also attend the Moonlight K-Pop event scheduled for earlier the same day.
Celebrate the TXT Comeback
Join the community to celebrate the April TXT comeback and their album, "7th Year: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns." Attendees will have the opportunity to receive exclusive TXT comeback-themed collectible stickers and participate in a raffle to win a copy of the new album.
Dance and Workshops
Get ready to move with a 45-minute random play dance featuring a song list heavily inspired by attendee input. For those looking to learn new choreography, there will be a TXT dance workshop tailored for fans of any dance experience level.
Activities and Creative Projects
The event features a variety of interactive experiences, including:
- Three different craft projects: toploader decorating, bracelet or keychain charm making, and CD painting.
- A K-Pop-themed photobooth for capturing memories.
- Dedicated opportunities for photo card (PC) trading.
- A marketplace featuring local artists selling their handmade wares.
Admission and Participation
Entry to the event is $5. General admission grants access to the random play dance, the dance workshop, the photobooth, PC trading, and the vendor area.
Admission also includes the materials for up to three crafts of your choice. To ensure there are enough supplies for all participants, any crafts beyond the initial three will cost $1 per additional item. Tickets for the album raffle are available for $3 each.
