Orlando Korea Culture Center (@orlandokoreaculturecenter) is running a hands-on kitchen session covering a classic Korean comfort pairing: Dakgalbi (Spicy Stir-Fried Chicken) and creamy Corn Cheese. The dakgalbi brings together tender chicken, vegetables, and chewy rice cakes in a spicy sauce, balanced by the sweet, savory melted cheese side.
All ingredients and kitchen equipment are provided on site, and no previous cooking experience is required.
