Event Overview
Join fellow fans for a special celebration honoring over a decade of music and memories. Organized by b.utterflypc, jeyamejewelry, and gyuchew, this cupsleeve event commemorates 11 years with Seventeen. The gathering features exclusive themed merchandise, local vendors, and opportunities to win unique prizes in a community setting.
Pre-Order Tiers
Special merchandise packages are available exclusively through pre-order. Each tier is cumulative, meaning higher tiers include all items from the levels below them.
- Walk-in Gift: A custom event cupsleeve featuring group imagery and teddy bear illustrations.
- Tier 1 ($7): Includes the walk-in gift plus a themed bookmark and a mini picket.
- Tier 2 ($15): Includes all Tier 1 items and a decorative photocard holder.
- Tier 3 ($22): Includes all Tier 2 items and a teddy bear blind box, which contains a random OT13 photocard.
Raffle and Prizes
Attendees can participate in a raffle with multiple ways to earn entries. Entries are distributed based on pre-order selections or day-of purchases:
- Tier 1 Pre-order: 3 entries
- Tier 2 Pre-order: 5 entries
- Tier 3 Pre-order: 7 entries
- Day-of Merchandise: 1 entry per item purchased
The prize pool includes a Seventeen album, a photocard holder, a crochet keychain, and a crochet mini tote. Additionally, Yarnworked will contribute more items to the raffle based on pre-order milestones; one item is added for every 25% of pre-orders fulfilled, up to a maximum of four additional items.
