Details on host's postAbout
A Halloween celebration centered on K-pop cupsleeves, bringing together costume-friendly trick-or-treating, local artist tables, card trading, and an idol scavenger hunt. Bring your favorite lightstick along in case it gets dark early.
- Halloween K-pop cupsleeves: receive themed sleeves with your cafe order
- Scavenger hunt with prizes: search for hidden letters across the venue
- Face painting: get custom event face paint on site
- Trick-or-treating: gather Halloween treats across the event space
- Photocard trading: bring your binders to swap with others
- Shopping from amazing vendors: browse local tables for fan-made items
- Meeting new K-pop friends: connect with other fans in the community
Making a purchase at the counter includes an event cupsleeve and a goodie bag.
For the Find the Idols scavenger hunt, turning in an incomplete answer sheet still earns a small prize. Finding all 10 hidden letter cards and unscrambling the secret K-pop word earns a small prize plus a spin on the prize wheel for official photocards and unofficial merchandise. Scavenger hunt prizes are limited, so turn in your answer sheet at the prize table early.
Local sellers include Wren Claws (@wrenzclaws), Raven Maven K-Pop (@ravenmaven_kpop), Zero to K-Infinity (@zerotokinfinity), Katelyn's Creations (@katelyns.creations02), JenzKpop (@jenzkpop), Watercolors by Deborah (@watercolors_by_deborah), Shelby's Bookshelf (@shelbysbookshelf417), and Little Miss Jenjen's BST Photocards.
Make a food or drink purchase at the counter to receive your cupsleeve, goodie bag, and scavenger hunt sheet, and to shop the vendor tables. You can grab a drink or have dinner on site before trick-or-treating.
Costumes are optional if you want to dress up, and you can bring your own freebies to hand out. Bring your favorite lightstick in case it gets dark early, along with your photocard collection if you plan to trade.
