Come beat the heat and meet other K-pop stans in the local community at this exciting photocard trading event! Hosted by C&Tee in collaboration with @nolagiventaken, this gathering is completely free to attend and welcomes fans of all ages. Whether you are looking to trade, sell, or donate, all K-pop groups are welcomed. Come meet new people who share your love for K-pop, chat with fellow stans, and expand your collection!
How to Attend & Venue Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and fun experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines when attending:
- Arrival Time: Please do not arrive before the official start time, as organizers need time to prepare the space. Only the C&Tee and NolaGivenTaken teams are permitted inside the event space beforehand.
- Table Policy: There is strictly no saving of tables before the event starts.
- Be Considerate: Please be mindful of your noise level and remain considerate of others who may need a place to sit during the event.
- Belongings: Keep close track of your personal belongings at all times.
- Food & Drinks: No outside food or drinks are permitted inside. When ordering from the venue, please pay close attention to your order number and be patient with the venue staff.
- Clearways: Please stand clear of any doors.
- Parking & Location: The venue is located next to Walgreens. Parking is available in the Front Lot Plaza; however, please do not park in spots designated for other shops.
Trading Guidelines
Ready to find your wishlist items? Here is how you can trade at the event:
- Only official photocards and inclusions are allowed for trading.
- You can take a seat at one of the tables, or feel free to walk up to others and ask to look through their binders if they have the groups you are looking for.
- If you find a photocard you want and the other person finds one they like from your collection, feel free to propose a trade!
- Please note that trading is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any trades made during the event.
Selling Guidelines
If you are planning to sell some of your collection, please adhere to the following rules:
- Keep items for sale confined to a small tray or container. Setting up a full table to sell or engaging in unauthorized vending is strictly prohibited.
- Clearly label your photocards and inclusions with their prices and/or the names of the items.
- If you are selling used albums, label them with their prices and indicate whether they include inclusions.
- Have your payment methods ready and set up beforehand, and make a clear sign indicating which items are for sale.
- Buying is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any purchases or sales made during the event.
Given-Taken Donation Table
A special Given-Taken Donation Table will be hosted by @nolagiventaken at the event:
- How to donate: You can donate your official K-pop albums and merchandise. Accepted items include official albums, posters, photocards, DVDs, plushies, clothing, album inclusions, tour merch, and more. Only official merchandise will be accepted.
- How to take merch: Any purchase of a food or drink from the venue will allow you to take items from the donation table! You must show your receipt of purchase to the staff at the table in order to take merch.
- For any questions regarding donations or the table, please send a direct message to @nolagiventaken.
Optional Dress Code
Get into the spirit of the event with an optional dress code! Attendees are encouraged to wear any hat—whether it is small or big!
