Come through for the cutest afternoon filled with boba, treats, and friends! This social hangout is the perfect place to celebrate your favorite idols and connect with the local community. Photocard Trading Guidelines
Trading is a major highlight of the day, and collectors are encouraged to bring their collections. Please note that official K-Pop cards, official J-Pop cards, and gaming cards are all welcomed. To ensure a safe and organized environment for everyone, the following trading rules will be enforced:
- Binders Only: Trading is restricted to binders. Bins, boxes, or large storage containers of any sort are strictly prohibited. If you are seen with a bin, you will be asked to put it away in your vehicle or leave the event.
- Space Sharing: Attendees must share tables with friends and new acquaintances. Taking up more than one table is not permitted, and those seen occupying excessive space will be asked to leave.
- Etiquette: Please be polite and considerate when looking through others' binders.
- Security: Keep all personal items and collections close to you at all times.
- Liability: The event team is not responsible for any trades or sales conducted between attendees. Please ensure you have all payments available for any transactions.
Featured Vendors & Custom Prints
Support local creators and find unique items at the vendor tables. Featured participants include Made By Liz, who offers K-Pop fan-based merch, and @candtee, who will be bringing a variety of "cutie items."

- Instax Polas: $2 per print.
- Custom Idol Prints: $2 per print. You can request prints of your bias or your bias wreckers.
- Protective Sleeves: All prints come with a protective sleeve included.
Event Freebies
Special event freebies are available to attendees while supplies last. The freebie pack includes one pink polaroid, one pair of heart sunnies, and a bear headband. To claim these items, please follow these requirements:
- You must purchase any item from the venue and show your receipt to Liz to earn your freebie.
- Unauthorized vending or passing out your own freebies is strictly prohibited.
- Fan-made freebies of any sort are not allowed to be distributed at this event.
General Venue Etiquette
To ensure the event is enjoyable for both attendees and regular shop customers, please follow these guidelines:
- Early arrival is not permitted. Attendees will not be allowed into the event area any earlier than the posted start time and will be asked to wait.
- While waiting for your food or drink order to be prepared, please use the time to visit the various vendor tables.
- Be considerate of the space and maintain a reasonable noise level.
- Keep an ear out for your order to be called so you can pick it up promptly and keep the flow of the shop moving.
