Join SarangHeyJax for a "cuckoo crazy" celebration as we honor 13 years with BTS! This international-themed event is designed to be an unforgettable experience for local Army to connect and celebrate together.
Cupsleeves and Tier Packs
Attendees can receive a free event cupsleeve with the purchase of any drink or menu item from the venue. Please note that there is a limit of one cupsleeve per person, and they are available only while supplies last. For those wanting additional collectibles, $25 Tier Packs featuring custom event goodies are available for purchase. These packs can be preordered or bought at the door during the event.
Event Activities and Raffle
There is plenty to do throughout the afternoon! Snap some memories at the HOOLIGAN Photo Booth or spend time at the crafting and deco station. You can also participate in an exciting raffle for a chance to win premium prizes, including sealed albums, DVDs, specialty magazines, and more.
Photocard Trading
Bring your binders and get ready to trade! A special designated area will be available for photocard trading. While this is a BTS-focused event, photocards from all K-pop groups are welcome. Attendees are also permitted to buy and sell photocards at the event, though please be aware that organizers are not responsible for any monetary exchanges between individuals.
Shop Local Vendors
Support the K-pop community by browsing a selection of 6 to 8 local vendors. These creators will be onsite offering a variety of awesome products and handmade K-pop merchandise for you to add to your collection.
Vendor Opportunities
Are you a K-pop merchant looking to showcase your products? Vendor applications are currently being accepted for this event. There is space for a total of 6 vendors to set up shop. Interested vendors must submit their application through the link in the organizer's social media bio. The deadline to apply is May 16th.
