K-pop Crafting Day
Host Chelle.G.Creative offers a craft day to frame pictures of your BTS bias or ult K-pop bias with provided supplies.

Registration is $15 and covers all craft materials.

Connect and create at a DIY fan meet centered on making embroidery hoop frames. The project lets you build either a magnetic frame or a hanging ornament frame designed to display your BTS bias or ult bias from any K-Pop group. All materials are covered in the $15 craft kit, and the host prints your chosen bias photo or photocard in advance once you submit it.
- DIY hoop frames: assemble magnetic or ornament frames for your bias
- Raffle: held at the end at 5pm or 6pm
Every participant receives one raffle ticket for attending, plus one additional ticket with the purchase of a drink.
Comment “SIGN ME UP” on Instagram under @chelle.g.creative's post, and the host will send the registration link via direct message. Once registered, upload your chosen photo so your pictures and photocards can be printed before you arrive.
Plan to arrive on time or 10 minutes early to watch the tutorial and pick out your materials. Sessions run in one-hour blocks (at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, and potentially 5pm depending on interest) and are strictly limited to 10 people per session (40 to 50 participants total), with no overflow crafting permitted due to venue space.
