Event Overview

Join us for a special Buy Sell Trade Day dedicated to all things K-Pop! This event is perfect for fans looking to trade or sell their official K-Pop merchandise.

Table Reservations

If you wish to have a table for selling or trading, please fill out the Google form provided in our bio or here: RSVP for Table. Note that only those who want a table should fill out the form. If you are just looking to browse, no need to register!

Item Guidelines

• All items must be OFFICIAL K-Pop merchandise; no fanmade or replica items are allowed.
• You may bring a maximum of 5 larger items to display on your table at any time. Any additional items must be stored underneath the table.
• Ensure that everything you bring is for trading or selling; items intended for personal use should not be brought.
• Binders will be checked, and any items not for sale or trade must be removed.

Pricing and Trading

Clearly mark all items for sale with a price tag. For trading items, it’s helpful to label them with what you are looking for (e.g., "Ian photocard trading for Carmen equivalent"). Sticky notes or labels work well for this purpose.

Setup and Cleanup

We will provide all tables, but you are welcome to bring your own chair as we will not supply any. Please set up your items on the table only; do not display items on the floor. Remember to clean up any trash you leave behind, as there are trash cans available in the store and surrounding areas.
