$5 fee per person to have a spot at a table.

A dedicated swap and sale meetup for official K-pop goods from any group. Anyone planning only to browse, look around, and shop can turn up directly without needing to sign up.
If you want a spot at a table to sell or trade, submit the Google Form found on the organiser's Instagram. Table space costs a $5 fee per person. Do not fill out the form if you only plan to walk through and look.
Tables and chairs are provided on site, so do not bring your own furniture, and displays cannot be set up on the floor. Everything brought into the room must be actively for trade or sale, with personal collection keeps left at home. Binders will be checked, and any items not being traded or sold must be removed.
All merchandise must be official; replicas and fanmade items are strictly prohibited. Display space is capped at no more than 5 larger items on top of your table at one time, with any excess stored underneath.
Clearly mark which items are for sale alongside their prices and which are for trade, using sticky notes or labels. It is also helpful, though not required, to mark cards with who you are trading for (such as a Yooyeon photocard with label saying “trading for Seoyeon equivalent”).
The host provides the space but does not facilitate transactions and accepts no responsibility for issues that arise between buyers and sellers. Clean up all trash before you leave.
