Session Details and Requirements
This session is led by a qualified aquafit instructor and is designed to be inclusive for everyone. No swimming skills are required to participate, as the workout takes place in shallow water with a maximum depth of shoulder level. All genders are welcome to join the fun. Please note that this is a music-focused fitness event and should not be confused with a 'K-pop Demon Hunters' themed event.
To ensure the session starts on time and runs smoothly, please arrive early. Late attendance is not permitted once the session has begun.
