Important Cancellation Notice

It is with deep regret that the organizers have announced the cancellation of this festival. Despite the team's best efforts, circumstances beyond their control have made it impossible to deliver the event as planned.

The organizers sincerely apologize to everyone who supported the event, planned to attend, volunteered, and believed in this festival. Although this edition cannot go ahead, the team hopes to return in the future, stronger and better prepared.

For any enquiries regarding the cancellation, please contact the organizers directly via:

Ticket Refund Information

Prior to the full cancellation, the festival had transitioned to a completely free-admission model. Originally, admission was charged for the headline concert, but the organizers made a decision to make all events completely free to welcome more visitors and allow as many people as possible to experience Hallyu.

Following the cancellation of the entire event, all ticket holders have been fully refunded. The organizing team has worked closely with the ticketing platform to process all refunds swiftly.

Original Festival Lineup and Activities

Before its cancellation, the festival had prepared an exciting lineup of cultural activities, performances, and zones:

  • Catch the Young Live Concert: A live performance by the band Catch the Young, which was planned to be free for all attendees.
  • K-POP Contest: A showcase of talent competing on stage.
  • Random Play Dance: A lively public dance activity for fans to join in and dance to popular K-Pop tracks.
  • Squid Game Experience: An interactive experience inspired by the hit series, featuring the iconic circle, triangle, and square symbols.
