The official LE SSERAFIM London pop-up arrives in partnership with Source Music and HYBE, opening across the group's London tour stop. Operating hours shift around the live dates, staying open late from 11:00 until 20:00 on the pre-concert date of 15 October 2026, and running from 10:00 to 19:00 on the concert date of 16 October 2026.
Reserve an entry ticket via Eventbrite, where bookings open on 2 October 2026 at 00:00 BST. Orders are capped at a maximum of 4 tickets, with visits scheduled into 20-minute time slots. Entry is strictly restricted to your booked date and time slot, though same-day bookings may open if slots appear through cancellations or added capacity.
Join the outdoor waiting queue no earlier than 15 minutes before your allocated time slot. Arriving earlier is prohibited to avoid street crowding, and overnight queuing outside the venue is strictly forbidden; any overnight queue will be cleared. Have your digital entry QR code ready for sequential scanning at the door.
Plan to finish shopping within your allotted window, as staff may enforce visit time limits and late arrivals risk being turned away. Re-entry is not allowed once you exit unless you hold a booking for another slot.
Anyone visiting solely to process an exchange or return does not need to book an entry ticket; notify staff at the door upon arrival. If you need accessibility assistance, submit your request directly through the Eventbrite booking page.
The checkout accepts card and contactless payments only, and select card issuers may not be supported. Individual purchase caps apply across specific merchandise lines and may change based on stock levels. Products and purchase gifts can sell out early.
All merchandise purchases are final, with no returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item is defective or misdescribed, you may exchange it for an identical product; refunds back to your original payment method are only provided if replacement stock has completely sold out. Any approved refund or exchange requires returning the original tags, intact packaging, and all promotional giveaways received with the transaction. Items showing odours, perfume, wear, or damaged boxes cannot be returned, and store management holds final discretion on all returns.
No food, beverages, or pets are allowed inside, with an exception for service animals. Commercial filming is barred without prior written authorisation.
