The Ultimate Collector's Gathering
Welcome to the monthly K-Pop Swap Meet, a highly anticipated event where collectors are cordially invited to trade, buy, and sell their prized possessions! Organized by Kloud K-Pop SJ • Trading and Kloud K-Pop San Jose, this is the perfect opportunity to explore the store space, hang out with friends, and connect with fellow enthusiasts from all over the Bay Area.

Whether you are hunting for a rare photocard or looking to offload your duplicates, this event offers a dynamic environment for all collectors.
- Photocard Trading/Selling Tables: Bring your binders and trade for your most sought-after photocards (pocas). This is a premier chance to see what your fellow collectors have brought to complete your wishlist.
- Trinket Trading: The event welcomes trading beyond K-Pop merchandise. If you have duplicates of popular collectibles like Labubu or Smiski trinkets, bring them along to buy, sell, or trade with others.
- After Hours Access: Attendees receive exclusive access to shop the store after regular hours. Come by to browse all new releases or hunt for clearance surprises.
Entry and Collector Perks
Admission to the event is available via RSVP or walk-in, provided the event has not sold out.
- Entry Fee: RSVP tickets can be secured for $5 through the organizer's website. Please note that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
- Swap Meet Stamp Card: Dedicated attendees can earn rewards! Receive one stamp on your card at every swap meet you attend. Collect 8 stamps and receive a $10 gift card to the store.
Important Trading Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Table Space: Attendees are encouraged to come early to grab their table space. Please limit your setup to no more than half a table so that other participants may also be able to sit and swap. Organizers may ask attendees to adjust their setup if they are occupying a significant amount of table space.
- Liability: Attendees are responsible for their personal property and transactions. The organizers do not take responsibility for lost items or any monetary transactions conducted between event participants. Please take care of your belongings and sales.
