Hosted by jin.got.pink.creates, this special gathering is designed to bring together ARMYs and CARATs to chat about our favorite 20 precious beings—including a special focus on Jin, V, and Joshua. Stop by during the hustle and bustle of the holidays to meet fellow fans and share the love for Bangtan Sonyeondan and SEVENTEEN.
Event Format and Custom Goodies
We are trying something new for this event! Instead of the traditional cupsleeve, the host has commissioned a unique reusable custom cup for all attendees. This exclusive cup was designed by @mybangtanstuffs and will be given to all preorders and walk-ins (while supplies last).
Preorder Tier Reveal
To guarantee you receive all the exclusive fan-made merchandise, preordering is highly recommended. There is only one tier available, packed with custom goodies that celebrate both fandoms.

Inclusions for the $15 Preorder Tier:
- Custom Reusable Cup: The special event cup designed by @mybangtanstuffs (replaces the standard cupsleeve).
- Reusable Mini Tote Bag: A custom-designed, mini reusable grocery-style tote bag.

- Postcard: A 4x6 postcard perfect for journaling or sending a note to a fellow ARMYCARAT.

Preorder Pick-up: If you preordered, there will be a table outside the shop where you will pick up your preorders.
Preorder Guarantee: Preordering is the only way to guarantee you will receive the full set of goodies listed above.
Walk-In Freebies: There will be a table inside to pick up freebies after you've purchased a drink. Please show your receipt to claim your freebies.
Walk-In Availability: Walk-ins will automatically receive the custom event cup and the main group sticker while supplies last. Walk-in freebies may run out. My apologies in advance if that happens.
Extra Items: Extra items that were part of the preorder tier (including postcards and stickers) will be available for purchase during the event day.
