Pre-Order and Pickup Instructions
To ensure you receive your items, please take note of the following important instructions:
- Pre-orders close on Friday, February 27th at 5:00 PM CDT. Any orders placed after this deadline might not be ready for the event the next day.
- To pick up your order at the venue, you must select the "location pickup" option at checkout.
- A drink purchase at the venue is mandatory to receive your cupsleeve and tier items.
- Please note that all items are made-to-order, which means there may not be any extras available for walk-ins at the event.
- If you are unable to attend the event in person, shipping options are available so you can still receive your items.
- If you have any questions or need to make last-minute changes to your order, please reach out to the organizers.
