Multi-Fandom Spring Meetup

Spring is calling all K-pop fans! Join us for a chill, multi-fandom meetup designed for music lovers to connect and celebrate their favorite groups. Hosted by K-pop in Mooresville, NC and K-pop Hive, this picnic is all about good vibes, making new memories, and sharing your love for Hallyu. Whether you are looking to show off your latest pulls or just want to relax with fellow fans, there is something for everyone.

Activities and Entertainment

Get ready for an afternoon packed with fan-favorite activities. Attendees can participate in:

• Random Play Dance (RPD): Show off your choreography skills! Please note that the organizers are currently looking for help with the RPD—if you are interested in co-hosting this segment, please send them a DM.
• Photocard Trading & Deco: Bring your binders to trade and your favorite cards to decorate with toploader supplies.
• Games & Crafts: Enjoy various activities including coloring, chalk art, and other fun crafts.
• Outdoor Fun: There will be bubbles and water balloon activities, so be sure to dress for the weather and potentially getting a little wet!
• Chat & Chill: Take a break to talk about your biases and enjoy the park atmosphere.
• Freebies: Look out for special fan-made giveaways throughout the event.

What to Bring

To make the most of your picnic experience, you are encouraged to bring:

• A friend and a cozy blanket to get comfy on the grass.
• Your favorite snacks to enjoy or to share with others. While some snacks will be provided, they may be limited.
• Items for show-and-tell, trading, or taking aesthetic photos.
• Anything else you would bring to your ideal park picnic.

Please remember to put your name on any valuable items and keep track of your belongings at all times.

RSVP and Donations

Please RSVP via the link in the organizers' social media bio or through the Eventbrite page. This helps the team manage the headcount to properly plan for snacks, supplies, freebies, and the RPD space.

While the event is a community gathering, donations are being accepted and appreciated to help cover the costs of the shelter rental, snacks, and craft supplies.
