Event Overview & Creative Fun
Calling all K-Pop stans! Join PNW X TOGETHER, THE K-POP EMPIRE, and emboba.coffee for the ultimate creative gathering designed for multi-stans and fans of all fandoms. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind from the craziness of the holiday and New Year season, connect with friends, and unleash your creative side.
Whether you are looking to create beautiful additions to your binders or declutter some of your older collection items, this craft night is perfect for everyone. The creative activities are scheduled to run from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM on January 24th.
Activities & Trading
This is a space where there are no rules! You can create your own unique scrapbook page showing off your bias, your ult group, or just showcasing all the groups you like.
The evening will feature:
- Scrapbooking: Utilize donated materials to create unique pages.
- Photocard Trading: Trade off inclusions to finish your collection or maybe introduce someone to a new group! Any and all groups are welcome.
- Snacks: Enjoy complimentary cocoa & cookies while you craft.
Donation Opportunities
We are seeking donations to ensure everyone has materials to create their own unique pages. If you are looking to declutter some albums or inclusions, your donations are greatly appreciated!
Acceptable Donation Items:
- Open K-Pop albums
- K-Pop inclusions
- Stickers
- Concert freebies
- Crafting supplies (Please note: we cannot accept loose glitter)
Donation Bin Locations and Times:
If you wish to drop off old albums or inclusions prior to the event, donation bins are available at two locations.
- Lynnwood Location: A bin will be available starting January 3rd to January 23rd. Please ask an associate if you have any questions regarding drop-offs.
- Lakewood Location (EM Boba and Coffee, 5700 100th st SW #130): One of our organizers will be present to accept donations on January 10th from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
