This Buy Sell Trade opportunity is proudly organized by KPOP ZONE COLORADO and will be hosted in the unit located right next door to the main store. The event is scheduled to run for two hours, creating a focused period for all your trading needs.
Vendor & Table Requirements
Table RSVP is mandatory for anyone wishing to set up and sell or trade merchandise. If you are interested in securing space at a table, you must fill out the required Google Form. If you only plan to attend to walk around and browse items, you do not need to fill out the registration form.
The organizers will provide all necessary tables; attendees must not bring their own tables. Please note that chairs will not be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their own seating. All merchandise setup must be contained to your designated table; setting up items on the floor is strictly prohibited.
Item and Display Guidelines
Official Merchandise Only: This event is strictly for official K-Pop merchandise. Fanmade items and replicas are not permitted for sale or trade.
Item Purpose: Every item you bring must be intended for selling or trading. You may not bring personal items that you intend to keep. Organizers reserve the right to check binders, and any items not intended for transaction must be removed.
Display Limits: To ensure fair space for all vendors, there is a limit of no more than five larger items allowed on your table at any given time. Any additional larger items must be stored neatly underneath the table.
Labeling and Pricing: All items must be clearly marked. Items for sale must include a price. Items intended for trade should be clearly labeled as such. Using sticky notes or labels works great for clear organization. It is helpful, though not strictly required, to label trade items with the specific item you are looking for in exchange (for example: a photocard labeled "trading for JL equivalent").
Liability and Cleanup
KPOP ZONE COLORADO is providing the physical location for this event but is not involved in running any individual selling or trading transactions. The organizers are not responsible for any issues that may arise during transactions between attendees.
We kindly ask that all participants clean up any trash or materials they leave behind. Trash cans are conveniently located both within the store and in the surrounding areas.
