Buy Sell Trade Day

Saturday, March 21, 2026
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Event Overview

Join KPOP ZONE COLORADO for a dedicated day of buying, selling, and trading in the unit located next door to the main store. This event is designed for collectors to connect and exchange official merchandise with the local community. While the organizers are providing the location, they will not be running the individual transactions and are not responsible for any issues that may arise during trading or selling.

Table Registration and Attendance

If you would like to reserve space at a table to display your items, you must RSVP by filling out the Google form at https://forms.gle/wvCqrQiiXXN7gTrn9 or via the link in the organizer's Instagram bio. Please only complete the form if you require a table; those who only wish to walk around and browse the selection do not need to register.

Merchandise Guidelines

To maintain the quality of the event, all items brought for sale or trade must be OFFICIAL K-Pop merchandise. No fanmade items or replicas are allowed. Additionally, every item brought to the event must be intended for trading or selling. Do not bring items you intend to keep for your personal collection. Binders will be checked upon arrival, and any items not available for trade or sale must be removed from the venue.

Table Rules and Setup

The organizers will provide all necessary tables, and all merchandise must be displayed on a table rather than the floor. While tables are provided, chairs are not; you are welcome to bring your own chair if you would like one. To keep the area organized, there is a limit of no more than five larger items allowed on top of your table at a time. Any additional large items must be stored underneath your table.

Trading and Selling Instructions

For the best experience, please clearly mark every item with its sale price or trade requirements using labels or sticky notes. For trades, it is helpful to include a label specifying what you are looking for, such as "Yeji photocard trading for Yuna equivalent."

Venue Care

Attendees are responsible for cleaning up any trash they leave behind. Trash cans are conveniently located inside the store and throughout the surrounding areas to help keep the space clean for everyone.
