Trading and Item Guidelines
To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, please bring only photocards or other small items to sell. If you find it necessary to bring larger items, please keep them stored neatly under or to the side of your table to ensure the space remains organized and accessible for all attendees.
Vendor Reservations and Requirements
There are a total of 12 spots available for those looking to set up a station. To reserve your space, please send a DM to the organizer. Those who secure a spot are asked to be willing to stay for the entire duration of the event. Participants may arrive to begin setting up their stations no earlier than 12:45 PM. Seating is generally unassigned, allowing you to choose your own spot upon arrival; however, please leave the tables located directly under the TV open.
