Ticketing and Cupsleeves

Entry to this celebration is completely free, but attendance requires a pre-booked time slot via Eventbrite. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note the following:

• Time Slots: Tickets are organized into hourly slots. You are welcome to arrive at any point during your specific window, but please do not arrive before your scheduled time. Depending on the venue's capacity, you may be asked to move on once your time slot concludes to make room for the next group of STAYs.
• Cupsleeves: To claim a free event cupsleeve, you must sign up for the FANDUM mailing list. Please be aware that the ticket booking and the mailing list sign-up are two separate links. Cupsleeves are limited in quantity, so early sign-up is highly encouraged.
• Check-in: Upon arrival, please head to the FANDUM table to have your Eventbrite ticket scanned.
